Our very own Teddy Davis has finally given in to his inner female and bought a Vespa. Not just an ordinary Vespa, but a pastel pink Vespa! "I can't wait to pass all the suckers stuck in traffic on Cedar Bluff!" Teddy stated. Teddy recently tried to sign up for a traffic safety class, but there weren't any that would allow Vespa riders. Teddy was forced to take a bicycle safety class instead.
